my busy weekend
the vet said apply this year. sooo . . . i think i'm going to be stressed for the next couple of weeks.
thursday - i went to a dinner party at eun's - it was fun. then, i met up with jessie and clark (who was in rochester for 24 hours) i got home about 11 and went to bed because . . . friday morning, i got up and was on the road by 7:15am. spent the day at the vet's then my mom spent the night in auburn with me so we picked up my grandma from the nursing home she is now staying in, took her out to dinner and walmart and then took her back. my mom and i stayed up for a while talking about what i'm going to do with my life and what my brother is doing with his. saturday - back at the vet's until 1ish, then i went back to rochester, took a shower and relaxed for about 2 hours. i drove to buffalo and met up with my cousin. we hung out and jennifer (my cousin), mark (her husband), and myself walked to the everclear concert. it was nice getting to hang out with her, the concert was ok but she had had just enough to drink that she wanted to have a discussion on the status of our familial relationship in the middle of the concert (her mom and our aunt not so secretly recent one another since my grandma had a stroke) we got back to their house around midnight and i went to sleep on the couch. nicky (jennifer's eldest son) woke me up at 7:30ish but let me fall back asleep. at 9 i woke up again hung out for a little while and then made nicky cry when i said i had to leave. breakfast with my grandparent's and mom and aunt cindy followed up by a trip to david's bridal to try on the bridesmaid dress. that's all ordered now - i just don't know what shoes because steve didn't have an answer for me when i asked what missy wanted me to wear. its pretty - strapless with beadwork on the top, lilac colored. then, drive back to rochester. i ended up back in my apartment a little after 3. i was too zonked to deal with going to work (i love my job some days . . .) so, i did some laundry and repotted some plants . . . very relaxing. i was up until almost 1am though because edgar didn't get there until 11 and i hadn't seen him since friday morning :( now i'm at work!
