nope, no word from joe since the weekend. i miss him, even though i'm definitely happier than i have been in weeks. we'll probably hang out at some point this weekend.

jacob invited me to a j.p. morgan roofdeck party (at this amazing apartment) tomorrow night, so i'll be going with him and beverly, his girlfriend. it's funny because i went to a couple of parties with him this past year, and everyone always thought we were dating. beverly moved into the city this summer, so i'm surprised that he's still inviting me. one of his brokers is taking us to dinner beforehand to some place that's supposed to have amazing seafood. i hope i don't feel like an awkward third-wheeler the whole night. maybe i'll meet some cute j. p. morgan boys. . .
