in fact the number of people is dwindling - i think its just the 4 of us, edgar, bryan, and ellen. satyan cant make it. sandi doesnt want to come. i havent heard from rooz or jamy - rupa do you know?

i think we need to rent a car from here but from what ive been finding its like 100 a day...rups/julie are there de shaw corporate rates which would be better? we should probably look into that soon - im not sure if car rentals are like flights and the earlier you book it the better rate you get?
