hello ladies

wow, i haven't blogged in forever! i hope you all had a great weekend. my weekend was really nice. i went to the bronx zoo yesterday with julia, anusha, and satyan. i haven't been to the zoo in like 15 years! julia had a great time. getting her home was a pain in the butt, though, because the trains were all retarded. it took me like 3 hours to get home after we left the zoo, so i was exhausted. friday night jackie and i tried to see the new movie, "just like heaven" or something like that, but it was sold out. so we went to barnes and noble instead and hung out there for a few hours. it was nice :) saturday was disgustingly hot and muggy out, so jackie and i shopped for a while and then went home and vegged.

oh yea, this is hilarious. i told nush already. i got like 3 phone calls at 4am sat morning from a phone number i don't recognize. i didn't pick up because i was obviously sleeping, and the drunk-dialer didn't even have the courtesy to leave a voice mail. saturday night, i asked jackie to try calling that number from her cell phone to see if we could figure out who it was. it was sunil's phone. so i chatted with sunil for a bit, told him about the 4am phone calls, and sunil says, "oh, i bet i know who that was. that was probably my friend, johnny calluzzo. . ."

how funny is that?? they were sitting in calluzzo's apt having a few beers when i talked to sunil, and we talked about maybe meeting up that night. they never called me back, though. i guess calluzzo was embarrassed or something . . .haha. oh well.
